As we are fully tax compliant you can claim back the VAT figure at 13.5% when you spend between €5,000 and €30,000 (inclusive of VAT) which is claimed back via tax credits by logging on to www.revenue.ie. This incentive was introduced in the Budget in October 2013 and has been extended to 31st December 2018.
What we need (before order is placed)
1. The property ID number as used in Local Property Tax.
2. Name of the person claiming the relief
What we supply to Homeowner (at delivery stage)
1. VAT invoice for full value of job including description of works
